Improving Health through Posture
Remember always being told to sit up straight? Probably if you think about your posture now, you are more than likely not sitting up straight. We are often hearing about our posture is getting worse due to the amount of phone and tablet usage and this leading to problems with the spine.
Did you realise that your posture has a direct impact on your internal organs? If you are slumped over than you are making it harder for your heart to pump blood, your liver to assist in detoxing your body, your lungs can not hold as much air so you unconsciously breathe shallow….and the list goes on.
This information session provides you the knowledge that your structure governs the functions in the body and some easy to use techniques to apply daily to improve your posture and therefore your health.

Melissa has a range of qualifications in the health industry including: BodyTalk Instructor, Kinesiologist, HeartMath Practitioner, NLP Trainer and Craniosacral therapist.
